Homeowner’s Planting Request

If you want to plant a tree in a common area or in your private courtyard OR want to re-landscape a common area email your plans to [email protected] and request approval. Private courtyard plantings are up to the homeowner; however, invasive plants such as bamboo and ivy and plants that inpinge on neighboring courtyards or common areas are prohibited.

The plants on the list below were chosen because they are drought resistant, low maintenance, slow growing, and insect resistant. A list of approved trees can be accessed on the homeowner portal. If your plant/species is not listed call the Landscape Committee and they will research the request for viability.
