CONDOMINIUM FEE PAYMENTS Edit page

The Baxter Ridge Condominium Fee is paid monthly and is due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late if they are received after the 15th of the month and a $30.00 late fee may be imposed.

The payments are to be made to the Baxter Ridge Condominium Association and mailed to Post Office Box 491, Chesterfield, MO 63006.

At this time credit card, Venmo type,  and ACH payments are not accepted. However, most banks have a Bill Pay system letting you set-up automatic payments for monthly  and other bills where the bank issues checks and mails the payments. If you set-up your condo fee payment through a Bill Pay system use the above payment information, use your street address for an account number, use your phone number, and make your payment an ongoing payment.

Do not send any monthly condominium fee payments to GS Phillips & Co. The only payment to be paid to GS Phillips & Co. is the annual assessment, usually due in March, for the upkeep of the pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and common ground.
