When is trash pickup day?

Friday is the normal trash pickup day. If a holiday occurs earlier in the week, the trash pickup day will be delayed one day to Saturday. Holidays are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Trash containers can be put out after 6:00pm the day before pickup.

Do the condos have recycling?

Yes. Monday is the normal recycling pickup day. If a holiday occurs on a Monday, the recycling pickup day will be delayed until Tuesday. Holidays are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Recycle bin can be put out after 6:00pm the day before pickup.

Does Waste Management supply trash or recycle bins?

Trash bins are not supplied. They can be rented for a monthly fee. One 64-gallon recycling bin is available FREE to each unit owner. To request a recycle bin, contact Waste Management at 800.964.8988 and use our customer number 100-764 and account number 2-82905-03000. The representative will place the order and the recycling bin will be delivered to your address.

Do the condos have bulk pickup?

Yes. Each unit has one bulk pickup available each week. It must be scheduled with Waste Management. Contact Waste Management at 800.964.8988. Our customer number is 100-764 and the account number is 2-82905-03000. The name on the account is Baxter Ridge Condos, PO Box 425, Chesterfield, MO 63006-0425. Please inform the representative of your unit address and that you reside in the Baxter Ridge Condos. The bulk item can be put out no earlier than 6:00pm the day before trash pickup.

LAWN GROOMERS picks up yard waste:

Yard waste pickup is available during the lawn maintenance season, April-December. Yard waste should be placed at the end of the driveway in yard waste bags on lawn mowing days and it will be picked up by the lawn service.
