If you want to plant a tree in a common area or in your private courtyard OR want to re-landscape a common area, download and complete the Landscape Modification Request form and email the completed form to [email protected]. Private courtyard plantings are up to the homeowner; however, invasive plants such as bamboo and ivy and plants that impinge on neighboring courtyards or common areas are prohibited.

The plants on the Guidelines for Landscape Plants and Shrubs were chosen because they are drought resistant, low maintenance, slow growing, and insect resistant. If you want to plant something not listed, clearly indicate the plant on your request form and the Landscape Committee will research the plant for viability.
